By accessing or using FlowPay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlowPay is a cloud-based business management platform providing tools for invoicing, expense tracking, payroll, point of sale, customer management, and financial reporting. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
FlowPay offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowPay for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into FlowPay. We will not sell your data to third parties. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
7. Intellectual Property
The FlowPay platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FlowPay and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlowPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for export requests.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
